You can beat the game with most strategies and party compositions, but here is what I generally used: You'll also earn a ton of pearls (money) to purchase the best stuff. All your progress including unlocked characters, levels, and equipment will carry over which makes this playthrough extremely easy, especially on Story difficulty. New Game + is unlocked after beating the game once, and for this achievement you must simply complete the game again. As a bonus, the achievements are a complete cake walk aside from requiring two playthroughs and a bit of time. I think the story was a bit weak and the sound effects when your units take damage are a little suspect, but otherwise the combat was good.
